Natalie Miller

was born in Murmansk and studied in Moscow. At the age of 16 she started playing in concerts on a regular basis. She worked for longer periods in Jekatarinburg, Uljanowsk and Berlin. In 1992 she finally relocated to Germany and has since worked as an organist, choirmaster and conductor in Berlin as well as a répétiteur for several different opera houses and big choirs. She has worked with Deutsche Oper Berlin, being involved in the production of Russian operas, for which she was also called to the Festival of Montpellier and other international projects. Natalie regularly performs as a piano soloist and with a number of chamber ensembles and is a sought-after accompanist. Together with a group of musicians she initiated the concert series “Wartenberger Konzerte” with a parish in the north of Berlin, where secular and clerical music are brought together creating a versatile and entertaining mix to be presented to a growing audience of all ages.
